Your order will be shipped to your home with UPS. You will be kept informed of when to expect your purchase. Your rug is well packaged to prevent damage and is also insured. We deliver to your doorstep.
During the stock sale, it is still possible to return your carpet within 30 days if you are not satisfied with it. However, we will deduct €60,- from the refundable amount for the return costs.

Is the rug stain resistant??
Wool is naturally stain resistant! If you spill, you can get all the stains out if you act quickly. Read on ourstain guidewhat to do per stain.
Is it pet friendly?
One of the great advantages of this rug is that it is easy to maintain. After vacuuming, all hairs are quickly removed. This without damaging your rug, of course. The claws of your four-legged friend will also lose the battle against this rug.
What about allergies?
You can't be allergic to a rug. The house dust mite that crawls into it. However, this only occurs with rugs that are a lot more high pile. So you don't have to worry.
Do you still need an undergarment??
No, for us a high-quality carpet certainly does not include an underlay. You will absolutely not need this!

Why a stock sale?
Don't you agree that there is already enough waste in the world? Well, we at Wool & Wire think so too. Thanks to the exclusive stock sale, the leftover meters of wool or sisal are also used.
Each rug is custom-made. We weave or tuft on a minimum width of 4 or 5 meters. Of course, not everyone wants a 4-meter rug in their home. We cut the rugs down to the centimeter for our customers.
In addition to these leftovers, the stock sale also consists of returns and overstock.
High quality Sheep's wool
Most of the wool in your rug comes from New Zealand. There are 2 reasons for this:
1. Only white sheep live here. This allows us to start from the pure white color of the sheep's wool and then we add color. This way, the quality is best preserved.
2. The sheep here live in very good conditions. They enjoy a truly luxurious life. This has a positive impact on the quality of the wool.
Sustainable and natural materials
